And, as always, you can count on us for a healthy helping of fresh new choices. For starters, look for a fridge-full of multi-use products from Country Maid. Items that can be served hot or cold. Taste sensations you can spread on a cracker, sprinkled over grilled fish, or thrown in a pan with your favorite pasta.

Here’s just a taste of what’s on the horizon:

• Our new artichoke and feta dip is great on canapés, as a topping for a chicken sandwich, a fresh new topping for fish, or mixed with pasta.
• We’ve given a twist to the almond noodle salad that’s always been a party and picnic favorite. Serve our new oriental salad cold, serve it warm with chicken, or use it as a topenade on fish if you want to impart an Asian flavor.
• There are a slew of salsas on the market, but nothing like our new artichoke salsa. Think Mexican influence with a Mediterranean flavor.
